Courteous and Professional

Alltek is number one in my book. Brandon the technician was professional and courteous and answered all of my questions. He explained everything he was going to do prior to doing it and made sure I understood everything that he had done. He also didn't seem to mind when my attention-starved dog bothered him. Alltek has a new customer in me and I plan to tell family and friends about the wonderful professional courteous service I received. I highly recommend them.
