Our A/C unit quit working on Sunday and just wasn't worth fixing (again), so I put in a few requests for people to contact me for a new unit. Less than a minute after I put in my request with Alltek, I got a call from Aaron saying he would be at our house at 8am on Monday! If you act like you want my business, you will get my business! I was very impressed with everything already, and they hadn't even done anything yet! We got our quote and decided to go with them because of their attentiveness. Aaron drove 2 1/2 hrs on Tuesday to get apart, so they could have us installed ASAP on Wednesday. They just finished installing, and I am so glad I chose these guys. Everyone is so nice and explained a lot to us. Big shout out to Aaron, Robert, & Gary for their hard work!!!
