From the initial call I knew I called a professional business, they were very polite and honest. They gave me a realistic time frame of 9-1300 and said that it would probably be closer to the 1300 mark. Not giving me false expectations. Gary showed up a little after noon and explained worked that needed to be done and realistic costs, he didn’t try to sell me on anything extra or go beyond on extra costs. He even offered a military discount which was respected. As he was doing the work he explained everything step by step and even took extra steps to ensure the same fault wouldn’t happen again. I would recommend Alltek Services to everyone I know. A very professional small business. They will have my business in the future for all my HVAC needs.
