Alltek Services offers three levels of Comfort Club memberships – VIP Silver, VIP Gold, and VIP Platinum. Each level of membership includes perks and benefits that ensure your family can easily achieve peak comfort at a price you'll love. Signing up is easy, with monthly and yearly payment options and accommodation for multiple units available. Our team will happily help you find out which membership plan is the best choice for you and your home.
Our VIP Silver Program Includes:
- A spring air conditioner inspection
- A 60-day warranty on all repairs
- The opportunity to gain reward points towards your next system replacement – up to $50 worth per year with regular program renewals
- A fall heater inspection
- Regular service reminders
- A flat $25 trip fee
Our VIP Gold Program Includes:
- A spring air conditioner inspection
- A 1-year warranty on all repairs
- A standard air filter replacement with each visit
- Pre-season scheduling opportunities
- The opportunity to gain reward points towards your next system replacement – up to $200 worth per year with regular program renewals
- Free after-hours scheduling diagnostics between the hours of 5 and 10 PM
- An annual capacitor replacement
- A fall heater inspection
- Regular service reminders
- A six-month supply of standard air filters
- Priority scheduling for all repairs
- All tip and diagnostic fees waived
- A flat 10% discount on all repairs
Our VIP Platinum+ Program Includes:
- Only available with the purchase and installation of a complete new or replacement system to include both indoor and outdoor units. Residential units only. With this exclusive package, your new system is covered
- No Diagnostic Fee
- Yearly Spring Air Conditioning Inspection
- 12-month supply of standard fiberglass air filters
- $200 per year rewards points towards a new replacement system
- 10-year parts and Labor warranty on installed equipment and accessories due to a manufacturer's defect
- Priority Scheduling for repairs
- Yearly Fall Heating Inspection
- No Manufacturer's warranty processing fees
- Service reminders
Important Program Notes:
- Equipment reward points only apply to a complete HVAC replacement (Condenser, Air Handler/Furnace & Evaporator)
- Equipment reward points are only redeemable for equipment replacements. No parts, service, or cash!
- Pricing & Rates subject to change upon renewal.
- New system comes with 10 year labor warranty to match manufacturer's parts Warranty.
- Does NOT cover any warranty processing fees charged by manufacturer EX: PSC Motors, Compressor, Condenser Coil, Control Board, ECM Motors, Evap Coil.
- Warranty processing fee – $100
- Does NOT Include Duct Cleanings.
- Does NOT cover theft, neglect, or damages.
- Does NOT cover any damages to any personal property or real property caused by condensation leaks.
- Non-transferable to another owner, address, or other units.
- Must Notify Alltek Services to cancel.
- Platinum+ will downgrade to Platinum Membership AFTER 10 years.
- If you drop this plan BEFORE 10 years is up you lose the 10-year labor warranty as well
